Blue jump orbs replenish your dash and double jump.

CONTROLS:

Arrows - to move and aim dash (up and down for dash too)

C - jump or double jump if you're in the air

X - dash in the direction you're aiming (for example, if you're holding right and up, you'll dash diagonally that way)

how do i get up to the blue circle?

You can double jump, then hold up and dash to dash straight up, sorry about the confusion!
